We organize the viewings, take care of the negotiations, help you find a local lawyer (completely independent and, if desired, comfortably in your language) to check the papers of the property, arrange assistance in obtaining NIE numbers,  will accompany you to the notary and help you with any questions. 

In most cases there are no costs associated with our purchasing services. There are a small number of exceptions that we would like to explain to you. This may, for example, depend on the region. In the area in which we are located, the real estate agent's commission is paid by the seller.
In other regions in Spain, for example, these costs are devided between the buyer and seller.

When you are selling your property, you pay a percentage of the agreed selling price. This percentage depends on the region in which the property is located.
